When will my order ship?
Each piece is made to order and normally dispatches within 3–5 business days. Delivery time varies by destination.
When will I get my necklace?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because each piece is made to order, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of ordering. After your piece enters production, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Do I Need to Pay Customs Duties or Import Taxes?
For orders shipped via Standard Shipping to the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia, Most Countries duties and import taxes are included, so you should not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world! The couriers we have an agreement with are DHL, FEDEX or DPD.
What is your return policy?
As this is a personalised or engraved item made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your necklace arrives damaged, or isn’t the number you ordered, just email us a photo within 24 hourss. We’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won’t need to send anything back.
